Liza Tanghal has been working for Dr. Griner as a Physician Assistant since 1998.  As an ENT Physician Assistant, she evaluates and manages patients with diseases and conditions of the ears, nose, throat, and sinuses.  Liza performs all pre-operative and most post-operative evaluations of patients.

Dr. Plotnick earned his Bachelors degree with honors in Biology from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA in 1983.  He went on to earn a Masters degree in Physiology and Biophysics a year later at Georgetown University.  He was awarded his medical degree in 1988, also at Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Dr. Plotnick completed two years of General Surgery and four years of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Eastern Virginia Medical University in Norfolk, VA.

Dr. Griner earned her Bachelor’s degree with high honors in Pharmacy from Purdue University in 1975.  She was awarded her medical degree in 1980 at Indiana University.  Dr. Griner completed two years of general surgery at Washington University of St. Louis followed by residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
